Beautiful weekend!

Sadie and I have spent alot of time outside this weekend, it was so beautiful! We laid the blanket out on the grass both yesterday and today and had picnic's. We went to the park and attempted to fly a kite; she got to play on the toys there. And we got to get her jeep out and run that around. :)

Confetti Eggs

I just bought these at WalMart, $2 for a dozen. They are hollowed out eggs that are filled with confetti. You can throw them against something and they will break ... or you can smash them on peoples heads and they don't hurt because the shells are so thin. They were super fun, I bought more after Easter so we can use them for next year to! :)

I am so thankful to have had Sadie this year for Easter. The holidays are always a struggle for me when I have to ship Sadie off to her dads house. We had a good full weekend. I just love this little girl, she is my world!

Perry Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday morning Sadie, Skyler (my niece), and I got up and went to the Perry City Easter Egg Hunt. There isn't a whole lot of "hunting" going on in this one. They just tell them to "GO" and then the kids scramble to get the eggs laying out on the grass. It lasts all of maybe 30 seconds! here are some pictures ... it was so COLD!

The Last Song

We went and saw "The Last Song" movie Friday night. Sadie has been wanting to go see the movie because Miley Cyrus is in it. She told me that I would want to go see it because there is a
"hot guy" in it. lol She knows her mom to well! :) It was a good movie, but if you are going to go see it bring tissues or wear waterproof mascara.

(And yes, Sadie was right ... I really did like the HOT GUY in it!)

Coloring Eggs
